12 reasons to have sex and how to get more?

Some ‘old school’ coaches still ban top athletes and football stars from having sex with their partners before a big game, believing it reduces performance, ruins concentration, removes aggression and lowers testosterone…but is there any truth in this? The science says no - there is no truth to it at all. Pick up any of the books written about Arnold Schwarzenegger (such as the one by Wendy Leigh that Schwarzenegger tried to ban) and it is reported that Arnold had sex with more women over the course of a few months than many men have in their entire lives. It didn’t seem to do his muscle growth any harm. There are actually many benefits of sex that very few people know about.

  1. Sex is a beauty treatment. Scientific tests find that when women make love they produce amounts of the hormone estrogen which makes hair shine & skin smooth.
  2. Gentle, relaxed lovemaking reduces your chances of suffering dermatitis, skin rashes and blemishes. The sweat produced cleanses the pores and makes your skin glow.
  3. Passionate love making can burn up those calories you piled on during that romantic dinner.
  4. Sex is one of the safest sports you can take up. It stretches and tones up just about every muscle in the body.
  5. Sex is an instant cure for mild depression. It releases the pleasure hormone endorphin into the bloodstream, producing a sense of euphoria and leaving you with a feeling of well-being.
  6. The more sex you have, the more you will be offered. The sexually active body gives off greater quantities of chemicals called pheromones. These subtle sex perfumes drive the opposite sex crazy!
  7. Sex is the safest tranquilizer in the world. It is 10 times more effective than Valium!
  8. Sex actually relieves headaches. A lovemaking session can release the tension that restricts blood vessels in the brain and can relieve period pains in women and is often a great stress reliever.
  9. A lot of lovemaking can unblock a stuffy nose. Sex is a natural antihistamine. It can help combat asthma and hay fever.
  10. It is reported that those that maintain a healthy sex life well into their ‘silver years’ live longer and look younger.
  11. Those that have regular sex, have higher testosterone levels, which is excellent for muscle growth.
  12. Women who partake in regular lovemaking often report feeling less stressed and happier
Almost half the women surveyed said they had skipped a meal to lose weight. The survey found two thirds of those who are size 14 thought they were overweight or fat. With the celebrity emphasis on being size zero (UK size four), fewer than one in a hundred of those surveyed said they were that size.  iven the choice of ultra-skinny, thin and curvaceous, both men and women rated a curvy Martine McCutcheon as having the best body.  Half of the women questioned said there was “lots they would change” about their bodies - and more than 10% “hated” what they looked like. More than 20% of female respondents said that they were on a diet, compared with fewer than 10% of men. About 20% of Men in their early 20s said that they have taken protein supplements in a bid to help themselves bulk up, compared with 11% of over 35s.

When asked to rate photos of differently shaped male bodies, almost 80% of men and 65% of women favoured a very muscular physique. So if you’re not happy with the way you look, get into the gym today and start benefiting from one of lifes truly great free past times.

Having lots of sex is obviously good news – So most people will be wondering how they can get more of it or in some cases any at all! Well apart from learning how to charm and flirt, keeping yourself well groomed is the next most important thing…but by far the biggest guarantee of attracting the opposite sex is looking great, and apart from being born a super model, you’re best bet is achieved by going to the gym and lifting weights, building and toning your body and losing excess fat. Both sexes will always be more attracted to toned, shaped and defined bodies – we are genetically programmed to be attracted to this physique.

A recent Radio 1 survey, asked 25,000 people, mostly aged 17 to 34, how they felt about their bodies and the results show that there is still some more gym work to do…

Who needs a reason to have more sex? Its true in some respects that before a
training session its better to be a bit more 'pent up' and aggressive. This
leads to a better workout in my opinion.

What happens to the bodys test
levels then?

This article makes a lot of sense. I maintained a far better fitness and weight
loss with a younger and regular lover than diet and exercise alone.
Unfortunately as a woman in her forties the men (I prefer) are unwilling to
participate.

I have gone back to the regime minus the lover, the results are
static. So you just have the dread diet and exercise and a metabolism working
against you. So its true boyz you are the missing link.
